California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) Review Process
There are three types of CEQA documents prepared by the Los Angeles Department of City Planning:
Categorical Exemptions (CE), Negative Declarations (ND), and Environmental Impact Reports (EIR).
The Planning Department has determined that an EIR is the appropriate path to follow in this case.
