T-Mobile Tower Installation
SW corner of Dumetz and Topanga



Gilbert Yablon, with the aid of a few neighbors, has dedicated much time and energy to prevent the construction
of cell phone towers at this corner. There have been several attempts over the last ten years. If you would like
to work with him on this project, please contact him at gilbert@lumeni.com. There is a city hearing coming up
on April 8th at 4:30 pm and all neighbors are welcome.

Gilbert suggests that if you are opposed to the T-Mobile tower, it would be a good idea to send an email
to Joyce Fletcher stating clearly that you "do not want T-Mobile to install a cell phone tower at the corner of
Dumetz and Topanga Canyon because..." Then sign your Legal Name, Address and Telephone Number
for Joyce to print out and add to her petition.

Anything we are going to submit for the hearing must be turned in at least 10 days before the hearing.
That would mean we have to prepare all materials that we want considered by Monday March 29th or sooner.

It would be very good to have a lot of people at the Appeal hearing to show that the community is concerned
about this issue, so please spread the word and try to get as many people there as possible.
